Cant even recover account with original password

what the ******** when did jagex become this try?

and any idea? im trying to recover an account i made like 12 years ago and I know 100% the original password llol.

 

did you move areas drastically? that would be the reason appeals would be getting denied

 

You need more than just the original password. If you had both the original password and were appealing from the original IP, or if you had billing details for membership, etc, then you would be able to recover.

 

just enter as much details as you can remember, if it's ur original account, you should be able to recover it

 

Account recovers are IP based. I think the best way is to send Jagex email at [email protected] but dont hope for too much
