Its more worth the investment then anything else in RS in my opinion
Potions really carry this game and this will give you the best of EVERY world potion wise.

Gl mate. I made Extreme Attacks from 88-99 and now I only make Ovls when I need them. I'd suggest buying your ingredients straight away seeing as there's probably going to be a bonus xp weekend soon.

 

its unfortunate for me lol that weekend i will be spending doing summoning

 

Keep in mind that summoning is a really quick skill if you got the supplies needed to make pouches. Would advice you to train herblore during the xp weekend as well.

Edit: It's super magic potion and super ranging potion that is needed in order to make extreme magic and extreme ranging. Not regular magic and ranging potions.

That's what I did, I made 1200 4 dose of every useful extreme and overloads while getting 99. It's really stupid not to get 99 herb by making extremes since you will have to use them eventually anyway. I remember the biggest pain in the ass was making the super prayers because I had to grind all those damn bones.

 

14k extreme attacks and 14k extreme strengths and 2k overloads banked atm, not played in months though.

got 115m into 200m attack and just quit lol...

I don't understand people who do herb on like serums of w.e then after 99 start makin overloads up etc /logic.

 

This is a good method for herblore, as long as you are going to use the potions after, as they are untradeable. If you're bossing, yeah ok a few good drops from Vorago and you've made your 300m back, but still. I'd rather do it bit by bit with the bossing drops being spent onto making these potions, instead of making them then relying on drops to pay back.
