An AMD Build Questions - $600 - $700 Budget

I am wanting to build an AMD gaming PC, because I think AMD offers similar performace at a much better value. I am probably going to want crossfire capabilities for upgrading options down the line. I am not going to play anything super intensive in the foreseeable future but I am wanting to do some YT recording. Maybe some art videos and I am getting into speedrunning, so attempts will be recorded. I am wanting to take some suggestions.

This isn't my first build by far, but I haven't kept up with tech since my last build around 2 or so years ago so I am way behind.

Not sure if you want a dedicated card or not but that's almost as good as it gets on budget. This will save you money to get an SSD on the build too. Just get some high speed RAM and you're good to go.
