Is it time for 07 gp to go to $1/mil like it was in the actual year 2007?

I know that because this game just recently came out demand has exceeded supply when it comes to 1/m price level.

Arguments for 1/mil this year:

1. You make much more money per hour in old school than you did in 2007 because.
2. Everyone is obsessed with efficiency/xp waste
3. People know exactly what to do for the best money
4. Supply is increasing much faster this time around.

Arguments for 3/mil this year:

1. Rwt is much easier to get away with this time around so a lot of people are doing it. In the past, gp wasn't worth as much because there was almost 50% chance of getting banned.
2. The rate is largely tied into the currency swap rate for rs3. If 07 went to 1/mil, and rs3 stayed at .33, then that would mean that you can make 1/3 as much 07 per hour as you can rs3.

The prices of GP in 2007 compared to GP in RS2007 have little relation to each other. In 2007, the game had been going for 6+ years, survived a dupe, Party Hats were incredibly rare and huge stores of value. RS2007 has been out not even 1 year. Game mechanics have been largely unchanged since release, as contrasted by the original game in 2007 which was updated weekly.

There is more correlation between current EOC prices and RS2007 prices than RS2 prices in 2007 and RS2007.

 

If the game gets lousy updates or dies, it will probably be less than 1$.
