buying rs 07 staker/ pker

Like the title states I'm looking to buy a nice stacker and poker account. Reason for buying isiI just started a full time job while going to school full time along with a wife and child to take care of I don't have time to build an account from scratch.

Must have these stats or better
70+ attack
85+ str
70+ range
85-94 mage
52 or less prayer
45 or less defense

Those are some good stats I want and will not settle for less unless it is better in some other area.

Price is not an issue I'm willing to pay very well for the right account

Payment will be through PayPal as I do not have an active rs account to use rs gold to buy

We will use an official MM I'll pay fees of course

Must have items and gear ready to pk/stake. That means must have whip and other appropriate gear to be able to jump on and play. I'll pay extra for gold left on the account also.
