Stay Pure or Go Tank?

I basically want to PK in edge, and SOMETIMES PK on PvP worlds.
I know edge has a lot of "Blitz/gmaul'ers"

Reason I'm tempted to go 42-70 def is because its much easier to train on,

Stay 1 def?
Get 42 for void?
get 70 for barrows?
What about 20 def for initiate? are those fun? [Whip/dds]

NOTE: I only want to PK with this account. No bossing etc...

Whats the most fun type of acc to PK on with?

 

definitely get def up. You'll find it much easier to train, and the variety of things you can do is just so much higher.

 

Get void and go for a dbolt to dbow spec its what i do now and its the best way to pk and now with how risk worlds you can risk your dbow against skulled dhers

if you get up your def, most people will have vengeance when pking. Veng is a necessity so might as well get it

 

Stay 1 you'll regret it if you lvl it up.

 

I hear this a lot.

But I really want to use whip. Would a 1 def whipper work well?

(Maxed at lvl 95, not like im gona get that, but hypothetically)

 

thats not true. I've been 70+ def for a long time and havent regretted it since. 94 mage, 99 str and 91 atk atm.

 

So what do you think overall? Ok so I've ruled out the tanks, I do NOT want to get veng.

Yeah 70 atk at 1 def is really nice!

 

And If you love to Pk as a pure stay 1 def you can always level up your def if you think so, but if you lvl 70 you can't go back to 1

I'd love it if you stay as a pure , it never dies and if you get bored, I suggest join a team

 

Stay a pure if you don't want to get venge. Getting defence means that you have to get all sorts of unlockables to say competitive (barrows gloves, vengeance, void, defenders, etc.

 

OK I think im going to stay pure. But I'm at rock crabs at the moment, and its filled with bots. After the update that came out today, I was the only one there, I was fighting 6 rock crabs at once. But few hours later, now, I can barely get one for myself.

/Same story for experiments.

The fact that you're having to ask answers it really. If you're unsure just stay a pure. You can always train def, but you can't go back to being a pure.

 

Pures fun and if you end up not liking or getting bored of it you can always just get defense with them. Lots of quests for def based pures
