    Question

    So my account got banned for real world trading even though I never actually rwt'd on that particular account. Whats the fastest and most current way to get in contact with Jagex. I've emailed them in the past and got a response, but that was ages ago and I've forgotten what the email address was.

    Email them at [email protected] about the problem. The odds of them replying to you over rwt are very slim.

    As BGlave said, email them at [email protected]

    When I sent them my first message about my account (nothing related to rwt), they did not respond, however the second time they did. Even though mine was not related to rwt, it still has to do with getting an account back.

    Whenever they respond to me it is usually within a 48 hour period, but that might just be me.

    Try sending them a letter in the post ? i did that a lot in the past and because you've put the effort in to try get the account back they will usually look over the ban and try help you out a little :)

    It doesn't matter, they can ban your account for RWT if you traded or logged in through any IP that was used by the account that was RWTing. Jagex isn't fooled if you trade 1b to a level 4 account and trade that 1b to a gold seller, they are going to ban your main account, not the level 4.
