Why should someone trust it ?

 

Bitpay is handling tens of thousands Bitcoin as payment provider for merchant (Including us), they're legit.

KryptoKit is set up by Roger Ver(Angel investor), Erik Voorhees (Founder and CEO of Coinapult) and Vitalik Buterin (Made Pybitcointools and participated in other BTC related projects).

In my opinion these three guys have enough experience and technological background to make this a success. Also they've proven themselves in theory partnering up with Bitpay.
