[WTS] $15 in Steam Wallet | For Paypal

I have $15 in Steam wallet due to selling some old TF2 crap I had. There are no games out that I want, so I figured I would sell it for $12 Paypal.

So if there is a $15 game you would like, I'll buy it as a gift and will send it to the account or e-mail of your choice Check the vouches in my sig if you have any doubts.

If using a PC
-Exit Steam, then go to the location that Steam is installed to. By default this is C:\\Program Files\\Steam directory (this is the default with a Steam installation - if you set a different installation directory, you will need to browse to it).
-Delete all of the files except for:
Steam.exe
And the folder \\SteamApps\\
Then run Steam.exe

should work after that , happened to me today and i fixed it this way.
