well op, if you cannot let go of things you most likely have arthritis and should see a doctor, a strapping young lad like yourself shouldn't have bad arthritis at your age

 

I used to let things bother me too, I'd sit and dwell on the past whether or not I could have had an impact. I suppose eventually I just decided to stop caring about everything all together.

You can't. You will never be able to. Its a harsh reality, i know...but in order to maintain sanity, we fake it. Pretend everything is okay until it all boils out of the pot and burns down the fucking house.

got in argument with my moms boyfriend other night and he threw a whole cup of whiskey in my eyes and it burned really bad. so for the next hour, i kept thinking about it and every time, i'd keep breaking things. long story short, i wrecked the fuck outta my house and i threw my arm out and it still hurts.

long time scenarios, no, not really. gotta learn to let go. and i was under the influence. however, i suppress a lot of my emotions, so when they come out, u better look out. lol
