    Disputing a ban - Anthony1994

I was banned as per this post: http://www.sythe.org/report-scammer-archive/1674486-anthony1994.html

I was selling two guides, the first one was a three-part guide completely made by me with a private script and verified by a market mod, Ziggily.

    See here:

I received a lot of interest in it as no one, with the exception of Jake Kastle, had ever heard of the combat training method which is the greatest XP/HR in OSRS. From what I know, the method was apparently posted on a different forum site a while back, but the method really isn't practical without a bot anyway as it would require too much clicking, and it was only part 1 of 3 anyway. Also, over the period of a month before I sold the method, not a single person was doing the method.

I had two other customers who weren't happy with the guide and they were refunded. Jake Kastle wasn't satisfied with the first guide so we came to the agreement that I would give him my soon to be released one for free.

I continued to make changes to the private script after receiving Jake Kastle and other people's suggestions.

Now with my second eBook, I was selling this on behalf of another user, Niconi.

    See here:
    http://www.sythe.org/runescape-guid...-gold-farming-method-osrs-limited-copies.html

Niconi wanted me to sell his method for him as he was too lazy to write up a detailed guide and deal with sales, etc. I received commission from each sale. I started selling this method and almost all my customers were happy, but some weren't (e.g. TJOC), and after discussing the matter with Niconi, they were refunded. I would be able to add a screen shot for this but confirmation of a refund from TJOC was received via PM.

I went to a lot of trouble to ensure customer satisfaction, especially to the person who reported me in the first place by implementing updates and giving him my 2nd guide for free.

I think it would be more fair if I was to refund any other unsatisfied customers, rather than receiving a ban. I would have preferred to have been contacted about this as I would have been able to resolve the issue very promptly.

Please merge this with my other one.

After being in contact with Jake Kastle, he not only received the free guide, but now has also received his requested refund on top of that.

    Please see here for confirmation:

The only other user that I was told was unsatisfied was AmitZ. Amitz purchased Niconi's guide which is a very brief guide. I previously suggested to Niconi not to sell it. Consequently, he sold it on his own terms, and received 100% profit from his sales. I had nothing to do with that sale; it wasn't my guide and I didn't receive a cut.

I've had no other customers message me with concerns apart from AmitZ, who isn't actually my customer.

Sorry, but that's not our protocol. Anyway I'm unbanning you now, if anyone else wants a refund I trust you enough not to sketch out on them
