I bought some gold online and usually you talk to live a live customer support agent afterwards. I being told to talk to one of there 24/7 online customer support but every time I send a message it exits out of the chat.

Its been about 11 hours since I ordered this producted.

I was wondering what I should do and if this is normal.

 

try using a different web browzer / try to contat them by another means skype emails them player auctions ect / clear your cache most payment methods have a means of contacting a seller

 

I did all that, cant believe I still haven't heard from them

 

never heard/bought from them, id assume theyre legit. but usually i only buy from like 2 places. or sythe

 

Who did you buy from? they nust have other methods of contact then just the site. maybe try pming them on forums ?

Formerly Gold4RS, I bought from them before. Just seems odd I couldnt find a way to get a hold of them

 

I finally got ahold of them and they said I didn't pay for anything! I lost 40+ dollars, dont use rs3gp.com

 

print screen the transaction on paypal and show it them and if you dont get the gold after that chargeback

Meh, goodluck getting the gold, I hate gold sites.
