Is botting for profit even worth it anymore?

As you see, I've been on Sythe for quite some time now. A few months ago I stopped botting for profit because there were no good scripts and the banrates were outrageous and all of my gold farmers were banned. Where I left off was around the frost dragon/perf fighter times, and when those scripts stopped I started fishing and got banned (wondering if there's anything like fighter scripts out still)

Now, I know that plenty of the people here selling gold have a way of farming gold or else there wouldnt be all of these gold shops. I was wondering what the best bot client is nowadays and if they buy premium/private scripts or if they just play the game on a main and find secret spots and then script themselves.

I want to get back into the whole black market trade again but I'd have to start from scratch and was looking for any advice or help that anyone could give me. If anyone can REALLY help me I'm willing to give them some of the profit I make once things are up and running! Thanks guys!

 

You can profit off of 07 but I doubt Rs3 the ban rate is so damn high but 07 surely.

 

Generally the safest way to goldfarm is to use an unknown or non common method and by using a custom script. Using free/popular scripts is usually a quick way to being flagged/banned.

One of the most popular botting clients right now is Tribot and there are several people who make custom scripts for customers.

 

Yeah, I wasn't planning on botting RS3 and I don't think I ever will. I'm looking into tribot right now and I think I may start with that. Now I noticed that all of my banned 07 characters stats and items were gone and they were put back on tutorial island. Does this still happen to banned characters?

Rs3 isn't worth it, I know people who get banned 3 minutes in to running their bot rofl. But, in 07 you can make about 1.5m a day if you were to bot sharks for a long period of time, so i guess if you bot right in 07 and have multiple accounts then it is indeed worth it, 4-5m a day is good profit for doing nothing IMO

 

Tribot is definitely the most popular bot to use atm, however I don't believe it is free so you would have to buy membership or access to the scripts.

As for the banrates... It is very high and it probably is much better to use the methods that arent used very often.

 

Right now it is the best time to not for profit.
1. Get a VPS
2. Buy custom/private scripts for an unknown/not common money making method.
3. Buy a couple memberships
4. Watch the money roll in

Even if you get two accounts making 80-100k/h, that's still 10$ per day.

 

But, that's only if you're running them for 24 hrs a day and even then it's less than 10$ a day. I'm looking into trying to buy a private script but I'm not sure who would even be willing to make a private script for me or who sells custom/private scripts

 

KMJT makes private scripts. I've seen a few of his scripts, they're fairly impressive. Also I've been doing a little for fun gold farming it's worked nicely I'm turning a small profit. As for the ban rate only time will tell. Currently I'm running one account until my bot makes enough to purchase a VPN to protect my main account I actually enjoy from a chain ban.

 

Doesnt tribot have a VPN/IP hider built in? And when you say that you've been doing a little for fun gold farming, what does that exactly mean? That you've been scripting yourself or he has sold you a private script?

 

Tribot VIP extended has is supposed to have a VPN built in I've heard. Little bit of gold farming for fun is exactly as it sounds, I've been farming gold in the very little spare time I have between my heavy course load.
