How much fast food do you eat?

I probably eat some sort of fast food atleast 4 times a week.

Usually taco bell or subway, what about you guys?

 

Once a week.

Usually Mc Donalds

 

A lot more than I used to. Ever since I had my own income coming in I buy a pizza usually once a week, eugh.

 

I haven't had any in weeks, mostly because there aren't places like Taco Bell or McDonalds where I live.

 

Probably like every 1-2 months I eat fast food for a day.

I really want wendys now

 

I eat fast food like 14 times a week.

 

Once a year, if that.

 

if you count chinese takeaway(usually just some rice or noodles) then once a week, maybe once a fortnight, apart from that i eat extremely clean

 

3 times a week. But it's wendys, subway, jimmy johns, Chipotle. Not any McShit or taco hell.

 

KFC, twice a week.

 

Few times a week. I eat on campus quite a bit (tims, extreme pita, subway and random chinese places)

 

I usually have a sub for breakfast a couple times a week, and a KFC for lunch 2 or 3 times a week. Plus the occasional Chinese or pizza for dinner. A lot more than I should lol.

 

Almost never.. Like twice a month

 

I used to eat fast food like once a week or so, but I haven't been eating it much lately. I usually just cook at home. Now I probably eat fast food like once a month. I had a Baconator from Wendy's a couple days ago and that shit was amazing. When I do have fast food, it's either Wendy's, Taco Bell, Arby's, or Jersey Mikes. My friend works at Jet's Pizza too, which is like the best pizza ever, so I get a free large pizza like once a week or so if that counts too.

 

Almost everyday, working 2 jobs up to 76 hrs a week I am always on the go

 

I hate fast food.

 

It's been years since I've been to the main chains ( McD ,Taco Bell KFC [IS THE WORST AND GROSSEST SHIT], wends ect.)

Go to In and out / chipotle / five guys maybe once a month.

 

Really? WOW! I can't even imagine how you two can sleep through the night with all of that junk food in your system.

I am a grilled chicken salad-aholic. The last time I had anything "junk food" related would be a slice of pizza yesterday and before that was several months ago that I had a single burger from some place called Steak-and-Shake. Out of the blue, I had this sudden extreme urge to want a burger. It had been ages since I had one, so I don't know why I just suddenly felt I just had to have one. Of course, I felt a bit sick after eating it. I'm always trying to promote healthy eating habits with Nano, in subtle ways. I'm proud to say that he's cut back a lot on the junk food.

 

Less than once a month and typically only in airports (and even there I avoid it as much as possible).

 

Why only in airports? Do you think it's better than anywhere else? Just curious.
