This is an interesting account for sale! I have a quick question/concern. Do you believe a Flag would be raised when a different ip address starts to play on the account? Is it as simple as posting in the player moderator section 'I'm moving houses' or something a long those lines?

I forgot to add that in the OP. No I am not. The original owner is someone in my clan. However, I've known him on the personal level for years - he's one of my best friends and I completely trust him.

It's possible, but not probable. Unless you are constantly moving/changing IPs, you should be fine.
