Help me With Payal Sending\Recieving money

Hello, I recently made a new Paypal account, and I can't activate my card, I was wondering if there was a way of sending money without having a credit card?

 

You could always try attaching a Pre-Paid Credit Card as they work as well. (I've done it for my PP account)

 

Nope, what is the error it gives you when you try adding the card specifically?

 

I can receive money without a card, you probably just have to verify your email first
You can't send money unless you have money on your account, though.

 

Verify your email first. Here's two bud.
1. Try using m.paypal.com to send
2. Google Bancore and signup for a free VCC (you need a valid phone#)
