How can I get my account back?

I've wanted to return to RS, but I (at the time) thought I forgot my password. When I tried to recover my account, the JAG questions were different to the ones I set (I kept the answers and questions nearby my bed, nothing matched up), and finally the email I used seemed to have been compromised. Long story short: Someone else is using my account. I've checked them on the adventurer's log, and they have joined another clan and their most recent action was on the 22nd of December 2013.

With JAG being fairly sturdy, and my email being compromised and no longer working, how can I get my account back? I have all the records of membership payments, account creation date, previous passwords (in my head at least), and I'm still at the same address that I created my account in.

For the record, I was the original owner and creator. and always have been. This account has never been lent, sold or even used by anyone other than me, until now obviously.

Try it as much as you can, I tried on my locked account like 15 - 20 times, then jagex unlocked it after 1 month, and send a mail to [email protected] and tell then what happened.

 

I'm definitely going to contact them through that email, but how should I approach it? Just say what happened, and give them all my acc details? Or should I wait for a response from them before sending off details? Or does no one know?

 

Tell them what happened with all the details you can remember.
