Has anyone had this problem with player auctions

So I'm trying to make my first purchase of OS RSGP on player auctions and I'm running into some annoyance. From my understanding there are four ways to pay:

    Credit/Debit from skrill
    Credit/Debit
    eWaller from skrill
    Paypal

So after trying to pay with the Credit/Debit and the Paypal option, I get this error:

Sorry! We encountered a system error processing your request. Please try your request again or contact customer service for assistance.

So after repetitively trying and failing, I decided to make a skrill account. But with skrill, I believe I need to verify myself before I can do anything which will take a couple of days. So this is probably my last resort, but I really dont want to wait around.

I've been talking to customer service on player auctions and they're not much help, they just keep telling me to wait. Has this ever happened to anyone before or does anyone know anything informative about this situation?

PS, all this could be avoided if I could purchase RSGP with paypal only, but I believe since I'm new going through playauctions is more secure which I understand. Does anyone know if it's likely for a goldshop to sell $250 worth of OSRS GP to someone like me with a verified paypal? Thanks again.

im not sure, but you could try arcusgold.com (arcus isidar) or all2gold.com (theresa) or r2pleasent.com (r2pleasent). surely, they'll sell you some. maybe not that much, but you could try. i've bought gold from all of them at some point.

for my safety, before using these sites, contact the ppl via sythe before using their sites and you can find them in the gold selling sections. i don't wanna be responsible for anything.

yes, i think i have had that error before and they are correct, you just have to wait as they have said.

how new is your PA account? if you made it today, that is probably why. i think they told someone i was talking to that he had to wait 2-3 days before he could use paypal since it was a new account.

    i don't remember exactly tho.

Most goldsellers require ID to prove you're not using a hacked PayPal. If you're willing to provide one, you shouldn't have much of a problem finding a trusted seller :)

As Smurfin said, as long as you provide a valid ID that corresponds with your paypal, and it's verified, you'll have no problem buying gold from someone such as R2Pleasant or someone.

PlayerAuctions site is always encountering errors, last year I used to get logged out every 5 minutes. If I were you, contact PA support, even if you have to call them.
