Requesting help of experts in internet and IPs

edit: not using skype anymore, too much trouble

 

Just wondering, did someone try to phish you or get your skype the same way as someone tried on me?

They said they wanted to swap 180M 07 for RS3, told me to wait a while.
They said can you PM me and gave me a sythe link something along the lines of:
"Pm me please sythe-org.nr.............etc etc

I actually did click on it, but luckily I saw on the last second it was fake, so didn't login. He also DDOS'd me after.

^ Assuming he DDOS'd me thinking I'd typed details in so he could get me off skype/sythe.

 

Can i know the name of the user? Someone did it but he didn't tell me to send him a PM on a fake sythe site and i wouldn't feel for it anyways.
Everyone that is into internet connection is telling me theres no such thing as cloning an IP and it might be a glitch of the resolver but i dont know, same thing happened yesterday when someone tried to fake logs to get refunded during the time i was hacked.

 

Well I thought I wouldn't notice..but it was so sly, I wouldn't have expected it. But I will PM you the user that did this (skype name).

He also recommends me to get skype premium because it's easier to get recovered in case of getting hacked, what do you guys think? even thinking of getting twitter/facebook as it's way safier but would be way harder to get in contact lol

 

Skype resolve isn't 100% accurate. It's only useful some of the time.
