Buying average main account (combat between 80-100)

Hi guys, I'm looking for a main preferably around level 80-100 (could be higher if you're willing to accept my price). I'm really not trying to be picky because I have such a general purpose for the account. I'm not looking to spend more than, I don't know, 60-100 USD on Paypal (I could also pay in the equivalent EOC/OS Gold of your choice). We can negotiate the priced based on various extra things like quests done, nontradables, or whatever else you think adds value to the account. I am only looking to do business with an extremely trusted member that can assure me he or she will not try to recover the account. I've got a good account for you, you can turn it into a main if you want to train def on it, 71-97-20, account is nearly 98 strength. I would like abit more than the $100 stated, willing to use OMM/MM so trade goes smoothly.
