    Hey man, I know I may not fit your criteria, however I feel I may be able to complete this for you as I have achieved a cape on my level 46 with 50 Range 43 Prayer and 44 Hitpoints.

    It took me two tries but I am more than willing to give it a shot for you.
    And in all seriousness, I have roughly 2.7B total wealth on 07 so I have no interest or temptation in stealing from you.

    I understand that I dont meet any requirements yet, as I only started my thread today. But please keep me in mind once I gain some reputation on here.
    I have done capes w/ a starting lvl of 50 ranged. About 53 after the cape. My record is ar 43 cmb.
    Feel free to keep track of my thread.
