How to get people to trust you when selling an account

So I've been using sythe for a few years now but I never bothered to get any vouches because I just assumed I'd always be going first.

But now that I want to sell an 07 account with a middleman, I see a lot of people want someone who is really trustworthy because apparently accounts can be recovered very easily.

Is there any way to make it so that I can't recover my own account? I mean I'd be willing to even give the i.p. address that I used to create the account because it's not like they can ddos me or anything.

If anyone could better explain to me the recovery process/what I can do to make it safer for the other person that'd be great. I've already read the sticky about it.

 

Nothing can stop you recovering it I'm afraid. No matter what you do to it or give to that person, the original owner will always, ALWAYS be able to get it back.

 

You can always recover an account if you're the original owner no matter what the other person does to prevent it from happening. The only advice i could give you is to just sell some services that you can provide or sell some small items to gain a few vouches. Who knows maybe even donating $5.00 to sythe will make people feel more obligated about doing business with you.

 

Basically what was said above, you can't prevent it sadly. :/

 

Selling/Buying accounts is a risky business, only buy from truly TRUSTED user.
