Running 8 kilos in Ralph Laurens

This is the result of a 8 kilo jog in Ralph Laurens.



Advice: Don't be lazy and run in shoes you already have on or they get wrecked. Had jogging shoes in closet, just didn't want to get. Now I have to buy more of these

Yeah that was the gist of my advice. Just made me and my mate laugh when I took my shoe off and the bottom part stuck to my foot. Yet another pair garbaged

 

No don't be wasting them polo's like that!

Get Faxon lows now since those are ruined!

 

That's my second pair. First ones got stolen of all things >_<

Also look at the style they got going on. Which ones where the ones you ruined?

 

Ehh just some $75 ones I bought while in America. I ordered some sand (tanish) colored ones that you recommended. Matches a suit I have

I did that once and it tore the bottoms of my feet up. Tore my left heel to the bone and had to have 2 surgeries to fix it

We run on a 8 kilo course we bought and paved, so it's 0 grass/soft material.

 

Running shoes are there for a reason

 

Were you running on tarmac/road? Even for non-running shoes that's pretty brutal lol. That's the problem with the popular, expensive shoes - they are aesthetically pleasing maybe but they don't last for shit. Money pit I'd expect any pair of shoes to last an 8km run imo.

 

It was asphalt road. It's at the end of my drive, and no one but me and some mates drive/run on it due to me and one of my mates being the one that bought it.

I have a couple Nike running shoes. Next time I'll reflect back on this and put the correct foot wear on.
