rs3gp live chat not working

I bought some gold online and usually you talk to live a live customer support agent afterwards. I being told to talk to one of there 24/7 online customer support but every time I send a message it exits out of the chat.

Its been about 11 hours since I ordered this producted.

 

You could always try to contact them via email if there live chat isn't working correctly

 

I have tired but every email I could find to contact them hasn't replied
