Back to the Top Button

Any chance of getting a "Back to the top" button at the bottom of each thread/page?



It would be very helpful, since this is not located at the bottom of each thread/page also.




Saves time having to scroll all the way back up to change threads each time.

WOW! That is like the poorest place to have it then. I never scroll down passed the message box. It makes no logical sense to me.

OK, perhaps add another "top" button by the page numbers then?

 

A floating command button would be decent. Where when you scroll up and down, the icon follows at the top right or bottom right.

 

Agreed, and I don't think this would take much to implement, as long as it's a small icon that's not invasive, I'd support seeing it.

 

Well, any variation that deems useful rather than just limiting to what we currently have would be great. Maybe have it float to the top of each post as you scroll down? Something that will look like it's part of the thread/post even though it floats, if this makes any sense in how I am describing it.

 

I don't support simply because there's more pressing suggestions that I think should be given attention before this. I don't see this as pressing because 1) there's already a "Top" button and 2) the "Home" key on your keyboard is as convenient as any floating Top button

 

No support. It is a good idea, but pages here on Sythe really are not that long. I think there are much more important matters to focus on before this is implemented.

 

Honestly hate the placement for where the "Top" button is now, I mostly just scroll up but it's annoying sometimes.

 

Just clicking and holding the top of the scroll bar takes you to the top of the page in a few seconds.

 

Holding down "Page Up" is even quicker.

 

Pressing the Home key gets you there instantly c.c

 

That will be awsome getting tired to scroll hole the way back up

Anyways, I think the Home key on the keyboard will suffice for now, I don't see how this would be all that effective.
