[Public Release] Project16 Blitz (Latest P16 Server)

Thanks to William 1434 and Demon 54, this release was made possible from their generous donations so if you have time please give them some rep or something.

Couple notes: Wolfpack81 did stab me in the back back taking all the money from P16 RA and banning me from rune-server a while back, I appologize to Game, I was wrong about suspecting him.

Also thanks to Gander for *unbanning* me and fixing my user title, <3 you Gander and credits to Rsrules for fixing the NPC health bug.




------------------------Project16 Re-Animation updates (P16 RA)------------------------------
-Cut down on all the text printed on server.bat
-More solid ban procedure, Uses BanHandler (Thanks Silab)
-Server GUI! Can reset, Kick, Update, Ban, IpBan, + many more on GUI
-Added correct arrow drops
-Range Working great now(Damage based off: Range lvl, Range bonus from armor and bow, and arrow type)
-No long have to have a defense lvl to equipt arrows or D'hide armor
-Fixed food, healing now works
-Correct lvl requirments for all arrows, bows, and D'hide armour
-Added Ranging Arrow projectiles!!! XD (Bronze-Rune + Fire, Ice, and Crystal Bow arrow projectiles)
-Ranging is now for Pking, NPCs, and Dueling
-Full AutoCasting on NPCS!!!! (All spells except ancients, Practicly exactly like real runescape, use it like you would in runescape)
-Added full AutoCast to Pking in Wildy + CastleWars AutoCast
-As requested, some bugs fix and bank now works
-Basic Mining and Woodcutting now
-Fixed 2 bugs on autocast
-Rune and lvl requirements for regular spells
-Fixed the bug with food + armor and weapon deletion
-Fixed mutliple magic bugs
-Fixed the arrows and Crystal bow bugs, crystal bow de-equipts your arrows before shooting
-Blitz spells are born! Added "Pyro Blitz" spell
-Stats set back down to 99 as max
-Eating food at 99 hits will keep you at 99 hits and not go over (prevents unfair advantages)
-Magic on NPCs upgraded! (Not random hitting anymore, Chance of the spell being sucessfull is based off magic lvl + magic bonus + NPC Def lvl)
-HUGE Combat On NPC System Upgrade (Chance of hitting based off Attack + Weapon Bonus + NPC's Defense lvl Instead of misc hitting)
-HUGE NPC Combat System Upgrade (NPC's chances of hitting you is based off its attack lvl + your defense and armor bonus)
-Fixed Skill Emote bug where Weapon and Shield would disappear if you bury bones or smelt ect...
-Attacking emotes fixed for all weapons
-Added correct weapon times to ALL melee weapons, magic weapons, and bows
-NPC Arching Upgrade! (Chance of hitting npc based off your Range lvl and range bonus + npc's defense lvl)
-Fixed a small Wildy Multi attack bug
-Added lvl requirments for autcast, no rune requirements yet
-NPC Health bug fixed (Thanks Rsrules)
-Re-did magic 3 times and finaly got it right
-Fixed all timers, no more multi click attacking
-You now have to kill 25 Black Demons to wield abby whip (demon kills are saved and loaded with your char file)
-Finaly after hours and hours of testing and failing, realistic weapon speeds! Attack speeds now fixed!
-Have to kill 25 Jungle Demons to wear Dragon Scimmy
-Stopped Server crashes once and for all

Edit: In fact, NO OBJECTS WORK. Doors, bank booths, bank chests, rocks... NONE.

Edit2: I see why now. all of the objects are in the wrong spot, and put as cases. Thats why they dont work. It will take a long time to fix though, even if its only copy, paste and edit the first line.... If anyone fixes plz post new client.java

Why others people account can't save in my character folder? When character can't save, after that they are disconnected.

Please help for me. Thank's for all
