He paid the user back before he pardoned. This scam took place in 2011.. he had clearly gotten away with it and still came foward.

Very few people have the sort of integrity to come foward and make something right like that. I mean im upset he ever scammed but impressed with him making it right regardless of consequences (his ban etc).

 

yeah but like 2-3 years later? shoulda came forth when the pardon system was introduced. his first pardon will get denied and then hes gunna have to wait 6 months and possibly longer if it gets denied again..
