Zimmerman is a scammer!

Reason for Ban:
User should still be banned for scamming PatriqDesigns and his dispute should have never been accepted. Plus, he probably should have been banned for his Skype shenanigans when he first joined.

From the scam report, these are the facts:

1. [20:52] Zimmerman lists a Fifa UT player card for 1m buy it now.
2. [20:54] Patriq states he has bought the card.
3. From [20:54] until the end of the Skype convo Zimmerman doesn't once state or rebut the fact Patriq has bought his card.
4. [20:59] Zimmerman states he's going to have a "cigarette".
5. [21:10] Zimmerman returns and his last reply is at [21:11].
6. Patriq carries on IM'ing Zimmerman until [21:36] with no response.

In Zimmerman's disputes he claimed the following:
"I had cards listed but he didn't buy them because we hadn't even sorted out the fees" | "No payments were sent/received"

• Patriq clearly states at [20:54] he has bought the first card and Zimmerman doesn't once dispute this during the next 17 minutes before he goes AWOL.

"he deletes me before I can reply" | "when I went away for 5 minutes he started messaging me rubbish then deleted me"

• During the time he was having his "cigarette", Patriq didn't message him any "rubbish" + Patriq didn't delete him until 25 minutes after he came back - at the very least. So Zimmerman stating he couldn't reply is a lie and from the screenshots it's clear he chose to ignore Patriq.

So it's pretty obvious Zimmerman scammed PatriqDesigns for 1m Fifa UT coins...

Skype Shenanigans:

During the 22nd - 26th of November 2013, Zimmerman posted nine times either requesting someone's Skype or saying he was going to contact someone via Skype.

On the 5th of December 2013 he then claimed he had "never used skype" and "had to make it", before posting his Skype publicly for the first time.

This means one of two things:

• He's not the original account owner, hence the discrepancy between someone who had a Skype to someone who had never used Skype before. In which case he should be banned.
• Alternatively, he had used Skype before and he's simply a ban evader who figured making a new Skype would prevent him from being caught + enable him to post his Skype publicly. Hence, why he never posted his Skype publicly before that instance. In which case he should also be banned.

 

I am inclined to believe that Zimmerman should be re banned. The images he provided of his Paypal weren't conclusive and shouldn't have been used since there was no for of identification on the picture.

I am open to other mod's ideas on this.

TL;DR - I support re banning him until conclusive evidence is shown to prove otherwise.
