    That could just be some random person's account. It would be more legitimate if you took pictures of the actual account in the client. (Ranking,Champions Owned, Significant Skins Owned, not all of them)

    No we're not new else he wouldn't be a Staff Member. A link to an Elophant profile is not sufficient proof that you own the account. You're going to need to provide actual screen shots of the account while logged into the client to further ensure that you actually have the account/are the owner. Pretty sure you can leave the Elophant link to show the skins as long as you provider the other screenshots.
