Probably double that, maybe a bit more. Guaranteed non-recovery of an account is worth paying much, much more. Also, it doesn't have ranged, magic, mith gloves, Desert Treasure, etc. which would all raise its value.

Getting known around these Forums would raise its value more then you ever training it would.

Nobody is willing to pay its value when they feel it'll be recovered.

 

you will earn more if you for example swapped some gp and gained a few vouches, that will raise the price but ALOT more than training in rs.
