Requesting a TWC on Vency122

I have been trying to buy a Minecon cape for over a month, and Vency122 adds me and says he can sell me one for 50$. After we start talking, he immediately tells me to send the money to his Paypal. I tell him that I have more vouches then him and we should use a middleman, and he deletes me right after.

Thanks Hopefully when you resolve that Skype it shows to his IP, in his previous posts he says to add "Vency122", I added a month ago, sent a message, and it's still pending. I got a PM from him a couple days ago saying he added me. And the account name "Retiring" matches the one hes trying to sell.

 

Can ya also include part of the skype conversation with the skype profile showing?
