Meh come to think of it, it is a reasonable reply. Just think this is their job and why would you do something for someone if they aren't paying. But on the otherhand it is a good thing you got that message instead of getting a respond saying 'No'.

That is obviously an auto message. Jagex or there staff didn't just sit down and say please become a member, when you said account that was probaly a keyword and it just sent you that message.
