i bought today a 4dig steam account from Big_Name88
played cs 1.6, gifted a cs complete to the steam, played csgo little bit.
and after a few hours i getting this alert msg:

what the fk should i do now? =@
if some one will help me with that issue ill give him 5$ via paypal.

you need to contact steam and show proof of purchase like a serial key or receipt to access the account again.

 

There 0 solution except send proof that you are owner of cdkey HL1 so you can't recover ...

 

I bought a 4 digit from him also, hasn't happened to me but I just simply turned on steam guard (didn't even change password) and let the account go inactive, I'll leave it that way for a few months though.

 

Also you forgot to blur out the name at the top...

 

You probely have logged into 4 or more acounts on your pc.
When you do this much they all getting linked and locked ( possible )
Especially new accounts are fucked that way.

wohoo VITA warned me this could happen when you get 2~3 digits , never seen it but now i'll be more cautious , sorry for your lose tho , nothing you can do really ,

and nrem i have logged on more than 7 different accounts from my PC, some of them were 4 some were 5 and other 7 digits and it didn't happen to me, probably it was active some time ago and thats what triggered the alert ..
