Does anyone verify paypal?

Hey there, my paypal got recently limited because I logged in with a VPN.
To verify my account they asked for three things; Change my Password, Change my Security Questions, and Add a credit card.

Now I changed all the stuff and now I only have to add a credit card. I signed up to skrill and got a mastercard from them but now I tried to add it, it says that I can't link that card to PayPal. (Which makes me sad )

However, I'd like to get my paypal verified and I'll pay you if you could do it for me. I live in The Netherlands so I don't think that there are prepaid credit cards around here. If anyone could verify my paypal, I'll pay them what ever is nessecary. Please PM me

 

You're thinking right.
There arent any Prepaid cc's in the Netherlands.
They don't need a CC either to verify your account.
You can sent them an e-mail for different verification methods.
e.g. bank transfer note

 

Just a quick question why would someone put there CC on your paypal account just something to think about. You can try linking your bank account or maybe your parents or something like that.

 

Dutch PP's work best when linked up with your bank account.
Just link that up, along with your adress etc and you're good.

If you need help, just contact Paypal support via phone, they are not that difficult here. You can ask what to verify and where to get this problem solved.

 

Someone could buy a prepaid credit card which has only like 5$ in it. To help me out. Its a one time use throw away thingy

 

I'd just call them straight away.

 

Buy a prepaid cc and put that on ive done it before it works.

You can call them, tell them you have no possible way to get a credit card under your circumstances.
