Dispute for Braesh

Hello, I am posting this dispute because a good friend of mine in real life who actually introduced me to Sythe back in high school got banned well over 1 year ago. I made a report in one post in his vouch thread because it had his personal information and that's exactly why he came back and is trying to get rid of.

The next paragraphs in this post is a copy paste that he wrote that he asked be to include in this post.

"Hello, I was known by Braesh in this forum and this is the story of my ban and why I believe I deserve a second chance in here to redeem myself and do things right. I will start from the beginning, I joined Sythe in 2012 back when I played Runescape, my intentions were only to buy enough GP to enjoy the game fully. I started purchasing gp but I always ended up buying more and more, before I knew it I had well over $400 worth in gp and that I might as well should profit from that. I decided to start a "business", I bought gp for .70/m and sold it for .80/m, I was making around 5 dollars daily. This went on for a couple of weeks and something horrible happens next.

A guy contacts me out of nowhere from Skype, he links me his Sythe profile and it's a newcomer. He wants to buy all of my gp for the .80/m that I'm asking and at that point it was around 200M approximately $180 worth. I was a fool and decided to accept, since he was a newcomer he obviously went first through Paypal and soon enough I had the $180 in my account, I proceeded to give him the 200M that he had bought and I thought that was the end of it. I used the $180 to purchase for gp and continue the profiting cycle.

3 days later I wake up and my Paypal is in a -$180 balance, the fucking kid that bought the 200M had chargebacked me and I was in full rage mode. I quickly googled how to fight chargebacks and what I could do to win the claim, even after taking all the precaution measures I ended up losing the claim and I was down $130 bucks.

So at this point I'm like OH MY FUCKING GOD!.. I make a sythe scammer claim and the kid gets banned quick enough but that didn't matter to me, he was just a newcomer in a throwaway account. I had only one goal in my mind and that was to somehow get those 200M back, so what did I do? I purchased around 300M via Paypal from multiple different users together.

From that point my mindset is just this: Buy a good account with those 300M and quit sythe forever and just play the game. I posted a thread saying that I was buying an account with good stats and that my budget was around 300M, got multiple posts from pretty trusted people but decided to go with a kid named Slapination, this guy had a Guru rank if I remember correctly and well over 80 vouches. I decided to trust him and he shows me his gallery of accounts, we talked for more than 3 hours because my insecurities to give away 300M for an account that might get recovered were strong. After thinking about it I decided to just do it and purchase the account, I give him the 300M and he gives me the account. He sends me a notepad through skype that had some information of the account such as older passwords and such. After that we didn't talked much, he just disappeared.

Once again, I went back to Sythe to purchase more gold, what the point of having a strong account without any gear? I purchase another $120 worth of gp and store them in the account that I had just bought. The account was maxed combat and I started to get interested in staking, it wasn't long before I lost the gp that I had bought and I bought more and never staked again. ( At this point I had spent well over $900 in gp/accounts/etc which much of it had being scammed from me.)

Some days later I log in to my account and I realize that something is wrong with it, the email attached to it couldn't be removed and the recovery question answers that the guy game me didn't work. I went into full panic mode at this period of time, my heart was beating really fast and my tears were close to fall, I log into skype and luckily the guy who sold me the account was online, I remember exactly what happened that day. It went something like this.. "DUDE MY ACCOUNT PASSWORD GOT CHANGED OMG PLEASE DON'T SCAM ME PLEASE" etc etc... and the guy answers calmly "Chill out, what happened? (obviously faking it. )

I tell him all the details and that I have OVER 300M in the account. He recovers it and 15 minutes later give me the new password, I log in and guess what? the money is gone. The guy tells me that the account was like that when he recovered it and that is bullshit. He logs out of Skype and I literally start crying. My first reaction was that I HAD to get my shit back one way or another and here is when things get really fucked up. I log into my Paypal and I start to file claim some of my big gp trades that I had done over a period of time. In total I file complained about $480 of the $900 that I had spent in total. Some of the people that I chargebacked were rskinggp and king tinj2, really big gp traders that you don't mess with, I actually wanted to be like them and be in the big gold business before everything went downhill.

At this point I am just hoping that I get my money back and I knew that it wasn't right to screw these guys because they had nothing to do with my misfortune, but I still did it. Soon enough I got banned from Sythe and I couldn't report the guy that recovered the account and scammed me around $500 in total. Days later I LOSE the chargeback claims and now I've lost $1000 in total.. The user slapination that sold me the account was then banned a couple of days later because he also recovered the account from another guy that was able to report him.

I was destroyed.. A game that I once loved turned into my worst nightmare. Now my Real life name was all over Sythe and my email addresses etc were in the report ban section. This is where I start my petition to be given a second chance.. At this point in my life I am planning to start a business and I just can't afford to have that kind of reputation online, when you google my real life name the first thing that comes out is Sythe.org and my vouch thread which says that I "scammed". The only person that lost in these series of events was me because the chargebacks didn't even went through. I beg you to give me another chance, if you don't want to unban me thats fine but atleast delete the posts that give away my real life information, that's all I need. Sorry for the long essay, I had to get that out of my chest after a couple of years keeping it to myself."


I personally believe that he should be unbanned, he is a good guy, he just had a series of unfortunate events that broke him. I hope that you take his dispute into consideration because I truly believe he deserves it. He told me that if needed he could try to gather all the proof from skype logs and sythe posts. One of the mods that banned him was one who had the body of a woman with red hair in his profile picture. Thanks for taking the time to read what my bud had to say.
