About SytheChat...

For some reason, SytheChat isn't working for me. Every time I click it, I let it sign in automatically for me, but it says "Authentication Failed"
I was told SytheChat was not a donor feature. Is this true? Is it down for anyone else? Is there a way I could fix it?
I've also tried logging in with my account details but I've had no luck with that, either.

 

Sythe chat is available for all i believe, What internet browser are you using? I heard there were problems when using internet explorer. I'm using Google Chrome and it's works fine for me, try using it if you haven't already.

 

I've had this problem but have been able to sign in PRIOR to being a donor. To resolve the issue, I usually just had to clear my cache

 

I've always used Chrome. Will try clearing my cache and see if that works.
Edit: Cleared my cache. Still not working.
