Questions about dedicated Ram and such.

AMD A10-5745M APU with radeon(tm) HD Graphics 2.10 GHZ
Installed Memory(RAM): 6.00 GB (5.21 Usable)
Windoes 8.1 x64

Now here's the thing, I only have 768 mb of dedicated memory? Why? I've been playing LoL lately and I've only been getting like 30-35 FPS, have been thinking of doing a factory restore to clean it up and such just then means all my downloaded music and such is gone. xD
Any reasons why its so low? Despite it being a laptop?

 

Have you recently updated your drivers? If not I would suggest trying that. Also, what settings do you currently have on LoL?

The reason for your dedicated memory being so low is because you don't exactly have a dedicated graphics card installed. Your GPU(graphics card) is built in to your CPU. Which is called an APU. But normally the 8610G (the GPU) will run LoL just fine.

 

I'm pretty sure I have, but I may not of updated recently because the fact my hp support assistant has been messed up lately. That's partially why I wanted to factory restore, but I will defintely look into updating them? What's the best way to update them? And sorry if I seem so noobish at it. xD This is my first ACTUAL good pc, so still figuring out more about it.

Actually it did, FPS has been hitting up to 60 from when it was 30. Thank you! Can lock this thread.
