How easy is to recover a BN account?

I ask this because I bought a BN account mostly for D3 about a year ago. Sounded like he sold it as it being a 'meh' game.
No problems just I heard recently that its very easy for one to recover account even if the pw/etc is changed on it simply by contacting Blizzard.
So, I guess my question comes down to..
Should I be worried?
Is there steps I can take to further prevent recovery of it?

 

If he calls from the same number the account was made on or provides Id he can get the account back easy

Contact him and ask if he desires the account back and tell him that you enjoy playing on it.

Or

Hope that he doesn't call and ask for it to be recovered.

You cannot do anything to "fortify the account." If he recovers it, you may be able to call and get it banned tbh. Explain that he sold it to you for $$$ and that you've been using it and you want it back and provide details about the account ect.

 

Almost any account you purchase online is recoverable my the original owner. Whether it be by billing information, phone number, IP address. You have to have complete trust in the owner when purchasing an account.

 

well even if it is i can just call and have it banned so..neener?
