Virtualization question

Hey.

does any of you gas have any experience with VM Workstation performance? I have an i5 quad core (3350p) and I run 4 VMs with a single RS client on it. The processor only handles 4 VMs with one client on each. Do you have any tips how to improve performance of VM? My settings are: 4 cores; virtualization engine mode: Automatic; Intel VT-x OFF.


I think that's a bit weird. I thing it should be able to handle at least 8 of them when it is set properly.
