We are currently looking for a Live Chat operator for the following hours (Eastern Time [GMT-5])

Wednesday - 7:30 PM - 1 AM
Thursday - 9:30 AM - 2:30 PM
Friday - 2:30 PM - 7:30 PM
Saturday - 9:30 AM - 2:30 PM


Total Hours Per Week: 20.5 Hours


These hours are not flexible. You must be able to meet this schedule on a weekly basis. Do not apply if you cannot meet this obligation. These are currently the only hours available.

Description:

Help customers ordering through our website, and assist them with deliveries. Provide high quality customer service. Arrange purchases with suppliers (after appropriate training).

5) How long do you envision sub-contracting for our company?: No less than 6 months, thinking more like a year. But regardless I'm not the type of person to run off without a fair notice or the type to leave until a replacement has been found.

I try to do most of my trades here on Sythe, but I have done multiple trades on the sites listed and a few more.

I have experience in moving bulk gold. I am a quick learner and I respect who is in charge. I enjoy helping others and I'm considerate. I am very conscientious about my work, and I work well with a team. Furthermore, I have played RS for almost 10 years now, so I know almost all the aspects of the game. Also, I am a native English speaker.

Yes, I am currently unemployed and I have a lot of free time on my hands. I can and will meet all the required hours without question, but if something were to pop up you will know about it as soon as I do.

I can see myself working for at least a year. I am also interested in upgrading to a full-time position as soon as one is available.

3) Why you should you be considered for the position - well I do a sort of home schooling where I complete booklets at home, then take an exam at school. I am able to meet most times+ anymore that may come up, and im basically online from when I wake up till I fall sleep, I am a night person soo long nights do not bother me, my own laptop that doesn't leave my side.

5) How long do you envision sub-contracting for our company? basically untill I complete my highschool (only have grade 9 atm, so probably 2 years) or you no longer need me.

id like to point out that I don't have the best of spelling/ grammar, but I try and I am very friendly, i was also a bouncer at a bar for 4 months, and can handle stressful situations or angry customers in a professional way, and know how to defuse all types of situations before they escalate. i also have an great knowledge of computers.
