I need to delete my account please.

 

We don't delete accounts, but I can give you a permanent self-requested ban?

 

If that will allow a new account to be made from my ip address, my brother wants to make an account and he's much more active than i.

 

Tell your brother to create an account using a proxy. Also remember your accounts cannot interact.

 

You can also PM someone on staff with the desired username & email address for the new account, and an administrator will create the account manually. If an admin does that, the password will be sent to the desired email address via email. =)
