There's absolutely no reason that it wouldn't work unless you already registered it to another account? The code was sent straight to my email so I am the only person who knew the code.

I did not have an account. I made an account (signed up) and then I wanted to "redeem a code" and it gives the message "invalid code".
I do not know what this means, if the code would have been already redeemed it should say that ....
Or maybe the code only works for the person who received it from Bethesda? You have signed up for their beta, maybe if I do not use same email address for my account it does not work? But hardly can be believe that
