I feel this was a mistake. Perhaps Fixable.

Hey, so I bought gold from r2, Ben was the slowest rep i've ever met, the one order took hours, literally.

First, it was his fault runescape.com was down, because he had to buy members... so that is excusable.

After that, it took still a ridiculous amount of time, for no valid reason to me, secured payment, phonecall, etc.

And he seemed like he was procrastinating, because I was on a public internet, and still am, and it didn't match up, which after how long he took to respond each time was frustrating.

I had opened a dispute because I thought I wasn't going to be getting my payment, i left in the note how terrible the sale was, and I didn't recieve my item.

Shortly after I did, but since I didn't reicieve the money I had paid pack,~31, i wasn't aware it was taken from them, and most definetlly was going to cancel the dispute, I notified him I was watching a movie with my girlfriend which is why I was in such a rush to begin with, and I got no alerts my money was returned to me, so in my head I thought i "knew" i had time to cancel the dispute, even now i didnt take my money back and have not been credited, as for him saying why would i leave? I expressed my frustration with how slow and non understanding over and over over a course of hours.

Did I open a dispute? Yes, for a good reason which anyone would have, but I did then recieve goods, which I was of course going to close it, I mean, I really don't think I would win such a case over that, and wouldn't risk my account over a clearly documented 31$.....

I'm not just desperate enough for 8m to lose my account, it's ridiculous to think I would. I'm sorry for the misunderstanding, but uphold my opinion of how retarded the rep was acting. The dispute has been closed, and I never recieved a dime of my payment back

 

Can you show us proof that he was acting suspiciously please?

 

Sadly there are no time stamps on the r2pleasant chat, and I really did not think necessary to save the logs, maybe ben will admit to acting kind of weird, and I know he has the logs, he admitted to me in the chat that he was taking a while, and his responses sometimes took like 15 minutes for a simple thing.

Him questioning you about your IP and PP location is a valid reason for being suspicious

 

I feel something is amiss in your story.

The evidence above really puts you in a negative position either way.

If you can provide further proof to justify your actions, please feel free to present it. Though ultimately I will let the Globals make the call here.
