how can i get around internet filters?

I have tried various websites that would let me just put in the website i wanted the i could go to it but those are all blocked and i've tried getting a proxy but that doesn't work cause that is blocked too, i've also tried getting a different web browser but that hasn't done any good either

 

Try using a Virtual Private Server. If you are just browsing the internet you can get by with a fairly cheap one.

VPS as said above.

 

If you don't want to pay money for a VPS, you can also find web proxies. Your school or workplace might have a lot of the more mainstream ones blocked, but there's ALWAYS a web proxy that the network filter hasn't discovered. Try www.anonymouse.org

 

Download Tor and put it on a USB.

 

Why is it blocked? What's the error? But don't spend a ton on a vps, look into a VPN. Literally as low as 3$ a month

 

Tor browser works wonders.

 

You can also make your user account an admin account by making a simple exe program. Google it, it worked for me for getting around download restrictions in school =P

A VPS is what you would use to bot for example on Runescape. A VPS is simply a dedicated server to bot/host games on.

He would be after a VPN.

 

VPNgate.com has a nice list of free servers around the world, but for a simple proxy (don't do anything illegal) hidemyass.com is functional.
