I'm spending 33$ paypal, looking to get about 65m for it, only able to transfer from my account to another, I can't seem to send payments via checkouts on websites unfortunately, tried using arcus and I couldn't check out, so all I have left is to try to buy from single sellers. I will use a MM. Won't go first unless really trusted (my opìnion of trusted, not yours).

i dont understand how if you couldnt send money to arcus how will you send to someone else? either way add my skype

 

I tried sending to arcus but for some reason my paypal won't let me check out over websites, I tried sending 50 cents directly from my paypal to another one and it worked, so I figured it was an issue regarding the checking out process and not my paypal account. I have no skype, can you pm me?
