What the hell happened to anchor man 2

The first one was literally the only slapstick-esk type movie which has ever made it into my favourite comedies.

the last 10 minutes of the second one, god dammit, why. Cameos are great, but yeah, what the fuck.

 

Movie was horrible.

Why?

For money.

 

I heard it was terrible from multiple people. That tends to happen with sequels, they're made with money more in mind than content.

 

I actually think the first hour and a half replicates that of the first movie, and I actually enjoyed it given it's silly/lighthearted humor and at 6am I thought yeah why not. it's honestly just the last 10 minutes that turn to shit, you'll get it when you watch it.

 

I'll probably end up seeing it sometime in the future with friends.

Can't exactly say I'm looking forward to it, though.

 

This captures my thoughts exactly, I'll get around to it when its in the $1 theater or watch it online. I'm scared of the last 10 minutes now -.-

 

First 20 minutes where the best, then it went all down hill.
The film wasn't a complete flop, it could have just been better.

 

Me and my girl had no idea what to think of the last 15 min or so.

 

Will Ferrel said outright in an interview he will do anything for money as far as movies and sequels go.

This is what you get when your "talent" lacks any sort of integrity. There was some good shit in there but about 50% of it felt like a real bad snl skit.

Id say its a 5 or 6 /10 at best.

 

Hence why I never bothered paying 10 $ to go see it. Waste of money.
