well you have to understand, if you watch the video i wait 5mins for a response from your chat representative and there is no response. right after i buy the card the chat closed then reopened as if the chat guy left, and he never responded back to me. thus i thought it was a scam.

 

I have had the same problem! Sold them 5m coins, and apparently i have to wait 48hours when they suggest that it is an instant payment, on this thread and on there website. I spoke to live chat they say 5m is not good enough to have an instant transaction!?!?!? I need to give them 6!!!
