What video game is the most nostalgic for you?

Simply put what video came instantly sends you back in time. And what memory does it bring back for you?

I will start, sonic on the genesis was the first video game I ever played and I can remember playing it at friends houses or day care places as a kid. Then I moved up to super mario world on the super nintendo man hearing thoses sounds even now will change my mood to a happier one. Then for Christmas one year I got the N64 and started playing smash, super mario 64 and blitz. Ohhh and tony hawk even though I wasn't even a skater type person lol. The dreamcast brings back a few memories with the crazy taxi but not nearly as much as the older systems I mentioned. I still play sonic on my ps3 to this day. Heck it might even be one of my most played games even to this day.

TLDR; Sonic (Genesis), Super Mario World (Super Nintendo), Tony Hawk, Smash and Super Mario 64 (N64)

 

Super Mario RPG, Secret of Mana, Super Metroid (so many SNES titles, honestly, grew up on the system.)

I used to play SNES with my older brother when I was younger. Brings back good memories of much simpler times.

 

Spyro for sure, nothing gives me a more nostalgic feeling.

 

Well there's a couple Super Smash Bro's N64, Tony Hawk N64, Pokemon sapphire (spent so much time on there, where the hour's played is it's broken after like 255 hours or some shit.) Also not as nastalgic but still up there is the SSX brand also, Still own everyone of the games in the series.

Alex Kidd in the Enchanted Castle, Sonic the Hedgehog, Donkey Kong Country, Empire of Steel, Pokemon Red Version and Lylat Wars.

 

For me, it is definitely banjo kazooie on the Nintendo 64. That was my first game ever in my life, at the age of 5. My second most treasured game is castlevania 64, which is my second game ever played. My third most nostalgic game is legend of Zelda ocarina of time, as I spent so many hours on that. I liked it because back then, if you could pass the water temple, you were pretty much the coolest kid on the block, lol

 

If I were to get my DS again, that in general.

 

Definitely MapleStory. Spent more than 3 years on the game.

 

Tomb Raider because it was the only game I played with my dad and I always loved playing with him.

Pokemon Crystal - Emerald becuase i mean. that was my childhood. Mainly Sapphire / Ruby

Super Smash Bros Melee because the kids on my block would always go to this one kids house and have tournaments. Was always fun.

Wish I still had tomb raider / a ps2

 

Age of Empires 2. Played that so much as a kid.

 

Super Smash Bros Melee

 

Super Smash Bros, Sonic, Super Mario, and Crash Bandicoot.

Sooo much nostalgia.
