Yeah that's correct, but OCE people have to transfer to get the referrals done, pretty sure riot doesn't have working refer-a-friend for OCE yet.

Yeah, that's the only way I know it is possible bud, it would be 5200 extra RP though so keep that in mind if that's what you want to do!
