Regarding the conversation:

Note how he says if he has to wait too long can he get a refund? he says that at 8:30PM and he managed to wait until 10PM for the gold, he even sent me ID, we agreed on location - I obviously gave him the gold and he simply closed the chat, without saying a word, then trying to claim he never got it and he got tired of the wait (just when we had already agreed on the transaction, after he waited 90 mins for it?) - Whilst I do not have proof of handing him the gold, this should be more than enough, to deny his dispute.


Another important thing I would like to highlight:

KMJT claims [Wrote Murder in the chat claims he wanted to buy off KMJT originally] that their trade didn't go through, because KMJT doesn't make invoices - so why is that? He can't claim item not received dispute - Coincidence?


Last but not least:
He cancelled the dispute after he got banned, trying to come up with this utter bullshit story that he has in his dispute.

PS: Did he really tro claim, he disputed cause he wasnt sure about receiving the gold? He was nagging me for the 90 mins constantly about his gold, then all the sudden closes chat, once we already have arranged location etc, then an hour later he thinks: OMG, what if I'm not getting the gold, I better dispute, when I was still online on the chat by the way? If he hadn't gotten his gold, he would've come to the livechat. Pure bullshit.
PS2: If you want me block out his info such as phone number, let me know; Didn't feel it necessary, as he tried to scam me.










AND to tear his reasoning completely apart:

He closed the dispute at 3:28AM. I work until 1:00AM on wednesdays, R2 can confirm that with you.

All chat seized with user 'Shea' at 10PM.

Conclusion:
Either he received the gold by 10PM, in which case my point is proven, that he opened the claim afterwards OR he never received the gold, in which case he is lying his dispute about having received it. I think from this point on, this should be clear.
